Vibrating In the Light

This level brings us to the heart center of our consciousness and to the connection with all life. We explore the vibrational elements of earth, water, air, fire and spirit in order to heal holistically and achieve enlightenment. We acquire Holistic Diagnosis and assessment skills pertaining to the elements. The influence of the elementals on childhood development, temperament, physical, etheric, astral, ego and spiritual bodies are explored. Foods, meditation, power animals and other activities strengthen our connection to the elementals are learnt. We discover techniques to connect with crystals, dolphins, whales, the plant kingdom and celestial beings. We gain knowledge of the power of sound therapy and creating flower, tree, gem and spiritual vibrational essences.
